Three Drops of Coffee was born from a simple idea: that coffee culture should feel like home — warm, curious, and open to everyone.
Our Story
It started with three drops
The name "Three Drops of Coffee" comes from a small ritual: the first three drops of a pour-over bloom, the moment you know something good is about to happen. It's a reminder that great coffee — and great communities — start small and patient.
We noticed that coffee culture can sometimes feel intimidating. Words like "extraction," "bloom," and "TDS" get thrown around, and newcomers can feel like they're on the outside of a club they were never invited to join.
So we built Three Drops to be different. A place where you can learn what a macchiato actually is, try a pumpkin spice latte without apology, geek out over pour-over technique, or just find a reliable recipe for your morning cappuccino — all in the same warm, welcoming space.
